People participate in auctions and then they lose. They just spent money and they got nothing for it. that is not how traditional auctions work. The problem is, QuiBids does not work the way tradition auctions work.
They lose for many reasons. One of the reasons that they lose is they do not fully understand the rules of the auction and they do not have a strategy.
Before anyone participates in an auction they really need to go to QuiBids 101 on the official site and read the rules. Even then most people probably do not fully understand how the auction works.
That is a subject for for another Blog.
What I want to point out here is something different.
In a recent auction I observed. There were 8 different people that participated in this auction. "alexadam0923" won the auction. He spent $16.20 cash on a $10.00 gift card.
That is not the only thing and this is where people do not understand when they are actively bidding.
The auction value of $2.87 looks and sounds like a nice amount to spend on a $10.00 gift card, but that is not what this person spent. This person actually spent $16.20 real cash money for a $10.00 item and probably doesn't even realize it.
